ChomboVis: A Tool for Visualizing Adaptive Mesh Refinement (AMR) Data
We are currently working with the Applied Numerical Algorithms Group (ANAG) at LBNL/NERSC to develop a visualization tool, ChomboVis, for their adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) library, Chombo.
Some of this ongoing work is described in a paper, "Implementing a Visualization Tool for Adaptive Mesh Refinement Data using VTK" (pdf), (postscript), (m/s word), , presented at the Visualization Development Environments (VDE) 2000 Workshop, hosted by the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.
