set_global_minmax_cell

Synopsis

Compute the global min max by looping over all the members of a Time_Node_Data.

Description

Compute the global min max by looping over all the members of a Time_Node_Data and looping over all cell sets looking at each field's cell data min and max and computing a summary min and max. This global min and max is then then written into the node data min and max of each individual member of the Time_Node_Data. Loops over all cell data components and computes seperate global min and max for each component.
